CLASS POLICIES

GROUP CLASS MINIMUM SIZE - A 5-student minimum is required for a group class. If class is consistently less than five students, the instructor  reserves the right to exercise the following options:
 • Offer a shorter class
 • Offer a semi-private class based on the semi-private fees
 • The right to cancel class if students do not agree to the above options

TUITION:  For those with cash flow problems, payment arrangements can be discussed with instructor.  Soon to come:  Pay classes with PayPal!

MAKING UP MISSED CLASSES ( for class card holders)

  • • Make up classes  are a courtesy extended to the student and not an obligation of the teacher.
  • You can make up a missed class by attending another flamenco class offered in another time slot if one is available.
  • Make up class must be made up within cycle for which you are enrolled unless prior arrangements are discussed with instructor.
  • No refunds or class card extensions so that you can make up a missed class.
Director of Cleveland City Dance, Courtney Laves-Mearini has also graciously offered flamenco students to make up a missed flamenco class by taking a one of the other classes offered at CCD.

WHY?  When you purchase a class card, it has an expiration date.  Class cards offer the student a significant discount and the same time guarantee the instructor their pay for a specific time frame. If a student takes advantage of pre-paying the classes in order to receive a discount, it is the student's responsibility to attend classes during the dates the card is active. To ask for a credit or extension on pre-paid classes is not only unfair to the instructor, it is also not fair to the students who pay $3 more per class on a drop in basis. Many flamenco instructors do not offer any options to a student who misses a class.  Romera is always happy to provide that option when there is another class available that a student can attend
You must schedule your make up class in advance and confirm with instructor.
• If instructor  cancels a class, your class card will be extended
